Actress Urvasi married Malayalam director Monoj K Jain, few years before. Urvasi filed a petition in Chennai family court seeking divorce from Monoj.
Reason that Urvasi mentioned in her petition for requesting divorce is that Manoj was torturing her regularly and domestic violence by Manoj against her.
