Ramya, tried to make movies, but was slow on that. But she was found busy financing for movies. As nothing is guaranteed for her money being returned, she is now into real estate biz.
Her new technique is getting her lots of biz.
She arranges party in 7 star hotels. Only after midnight crosses and every body is full booze she reach only men and build relationship with them. She then details her biz - real estate. As already they are in booze and this females care joins with it and make them to sign their cheques for the money that this female demands.
Once the biz is done, she moves to the next. For every party she manages atleast two businesses done.

Cool.....but dont sound like real estate bizz.
