A few days back, Shruthi was going to make her debut in Kollywood movies, but for some unknown reason the Shruthi Hassan - Madhavan starrer movie was shelved. Now the latest buzz is that Shruthi is going to make her debut in movies, but not in Kollywood.

Sruthi will be seen for the first time on screen in the movie Luck. Soham Shah’s ‘Luck’ has Aamir Khan’s nephew Imran Khan in the lead role. For the female lead role Soham Shah has finalized Kamal Haasan’s daughter Shruti.

Soham wanted to cast a new girl opposite Imran and bearing in mind the character, he felt Shruti would be the perfect choice.

Shruti’s plays a girl who is tougher than the boys in the film and there are a lot of action scenes for her in the film. Shruti will take lessons from action director Allan Amin to gear up for the action scenes.
