I will get one more national award

National award winning actress Priyamani believes that she might receive another award for enacting yesteryear actress ‘Sri Vidhya’ in Malayalam movie titled “Thiraikatha’. Much excited Priyamani speaks ‘In Thiraikatha my role is to perform the character of an actress who reigned between 1982 and 2000.

My looks, dressing style and expression must be exactly like the actress (Sri Vidhya) itself. As my mannerism completely resembles hers, people say that I might be nominated for another National Award. I am so much happy about receiving Best Actress National Award for ‘Paruthiveeran’ and this movie gives me boundless happiness’ says this ‘Muthalagi’.

She has couple of projects in hands that include Maniratnam’s ‘Ashokavanam’.
