Surya, still being identified as son of Sivakumar, is now into real estate business as per the advice received from his dad.
Surya, who married Jothika is seen buying lots of properties in and around T Nagar, as he feels that this is the right time to buy properties due to a recession in real estate business and prices are low.
Surya feels that the market value will boom once again after this recession.
