Bharath goes shirtless in Arumugham

As a director points out: “Earlier an actress would do a bikini number and there would be a lot of buzz around it. But lately, ever since Bollywood heroes started flaunting their body, our Tamil heroes started running to the gym and insist on going shirtless atleast in a song sequence".
Remember that we had pointed out earlier that young actor Bharath is trying to copy Aamir Khan’s look in Ghajini for his new film Kanden Kadhalai?
Now the actor has gone one step ahead by having the shirtless stud look in a song in Aarumugham with his heroine Priya Mani.
The stills look similar to Aamir and Asin in Ghajini in the Gujarish song! Remember that Bharath plays the character of a roadside idly seller in the film and this should be a dream song in the film!
It was Surya who started the trend with his hard earned six-pack, which became the talk of the town. Soon, all young heroes started following him as they knew that to be on women’s radar, a toned physique would be an integral part.
Following this new trend, Bharath and his heroine have shot this song in Aarumguham in deserts of Dubai.
But as a top hero points out: “I don’t think that going shirtless, decides the fate of a film. If skin show is taken aesthetically it looks nice otherwise, it will look ugly”.
