Simbhu ropes in ‘Unnai Pol Oruvan’ heroine

Tue Oct 13, 2009 12:53 pm by Pollathavan

Actor Simbhu is well known for roping in best newcomers as his pair in most of his films. It was more evident with his previous films as well in yet to take-off flicks.

He had approached Sarath Kumar’s daughter Varalakshmi and later the project was dropped. Now, he has eyed on ‘Unnai Pol Oruvan’ fame Anuja Iyer who enacted the role of a journalist in this film.

Silambarasan has almost completed penning script for his upcoming film ‘Vaaliban’ that will preferably have more heroines. But the deal with Anuja Iyer is about donning a prominent role as powerful as her characterization in Kamal Haasan’s UPO.
The actress was well applauded for her good performance in ‘Ninaithale Inikkum’ as well in ‘UPO’ and she has been getting more offers in tinsel town now.
